栖身于海拔3900米的“最后的香格里拉”——稻城亚丁村，般若酒店怀揣着对天地与人文的敬畏之心，肩负着探索新藏式风格出路的使命，在这片神圣的土地上悄然生长。建筑的诞生始于对故土的珍视——我们以亚丁村原址为根基，在恪守在地建筑风貌与自然肌理的前提下，用更契合现代人居的内部空间尺度、流畅交通动线与开窗逻辑，勾勒出一座既承载着熟悉记忆，又焕发着全新生命力的亚丁黑藏房，让传统形制在当代语境中获得温柔新生。

Nestled in Yading Village of Daocheng, the Last Shangri-La, at an altitude of 3,900 meters, BORE Hotel takes root gently in this sacred land, bound by profound reverence for nature and human culture and a mission to forge a new path for the New Tibetan Style. The conception of this architecture springs from a cherished affection for the homeland. Anchored on the original site of Yading Village, we have upheld the local architectural character and natural texture, while crafting interior spatial scales, smooth circulation flow and window design logic that align with modern living needs. In doing so, we have shaped a black Tibetan blockhouse of Yading that bears familiar memories yet brims with fresh vitality, allowing traditional forms to experience a gentle rebirth in a contemporary context.

在裸色系主导的当下设计界，般若酒店的室内风格堪称一次大胆的突破与求索。千百年来，藏式文化始终裹挟着浓烈而神秘的色彩基因，如何让当代建筑语言与这份深厚的色彩体系和谐共生，同时赢得年轻群体的共鸣，成为我们必须攻克的课题。于是，我们打破空间设计的边界，将视野投向文化交融的纵深——正如杜嘉班纳以色彩演绎天主教的神圣感与戏剧性，彰显外向的情感张力。而藏式色彩的核心，是内省的象征意义，是植根于密宗信仰的文化图腾，代表着向内延展的平静力量。我们所要追寻的，正是两者之间的精妙平衡：留存藏式文化中80%的沉静底蕴，再以20%国际化、戏剧化的设计语言注入活力，让适度的张扬与个性，成为新藏式风格的独特注脚。

In the contemporary design landscape dominated by neutral color palettes, the interior design of BORE Hotel stands as a bold breakthrough and exploration. For thousands of years, Tibetan culture has been endowed with a rich and mysterious color gene, and figuring out how to harmonize contemporary architectural language with this profound color system while resonating with the younger generation has become a pivotal challenge we must overcome. We thus break the boundaries of spatial design and delve deep into the integration of diverse cultures—just as Dolce & Gabbana uses color to interpret the sacredness and drama of Catholicism, expressing an outward emotional tension. At the core of Tibetan colors, however, lies introspective symbolic meaning; they are cultural totems rooted in Vajrayana Buddhism, embodying a quiet power that unfolds inwards. What we strive to pursue is the delicate balance between the two: to retain 80% of the serene essence of Tibetan culture and infuse it with 20% of international and dramatic design language to breathe new life into it, allowing moderate boldness and individuality to become the distinctive hallmark of the New Tibetan Style.

作为小型奢华酒店，般若酒店的功能构建始终以完整性与舒适性为原点，却刻意弱化了传统入住的繁复流程，转而以管家式的贴心服务，为宾客开启温暖旅程。在空间布局上，我们将公区与客房彻底分离，最大限度保障度假酒店应有的静谧性和安全性；即便在有限的空间里，仍精心规划了疗愈、SPA、桑拿、泳池、锅庄等室内外休闲体验区，让每一段时光都充实而惬意。得益于高端定位，酒店每一间客房均按套房标准打造，拥有足以让人静心休憩的空间尺度与完备设施，而预设的室内供氧系统，更在海拔3900米的高原之上，为舒适体验筑牢根基。

As a boutique luxury hotel, BORE Hotel is designed with an unwavering focus on holistic functionality and uncompromising comfort. It intentionally streamlines the cumbersome procedures of traditional hotel check-in, instead offering thoughtful butler-style service to initiate a warm journey for every guest. In its spatial layout, public areas and guest rooms are completely separated to maximize the tranquility and safety that a resort hotel ought to provide. Even within its limited space, elaborate indoor and outdoor leisure areas have been curated for wellness treatments, SPA, saunas, swimming, Guozhuang Dance and other experiences, ensuring every moment of the stay is fulfilling and pleasant. Thanks to its high-end positioning, every guest room is crafted to the standard of a suite, boasting spacious dimensions and comprehensive amenities for peaceful relaxation. A built-in indoor oxygen supply system further solidifies the foundation for a comfortable stay on this plateau at 3,900 meters above sea level.

We firmly believe that true innovation is never a destructive subversion, but rather the discovery of a balanced anchor connecting the present and the future, all while honoring the local ecology and human culture—and this is the kind of creation that endures with vitality. Therefore, local materials and traditional craftsmanship are employed in the hotel’s architecture, landscaping and interior decoration, yet contemporary architectural techniques and modern living concepts have been applied to give them an entirely new expression. This commitment not only allows the building’s form and texture to coexist in harmony with the surrounding natural ecology, preserving the roots of Tibetan culture, but also delivers an exceptional living experience for residents through optimized functional layout, balanced color coordination and exquisitely designed scenery-framed window openings.

It does not deviate from tradition; instead, it abides by the core characteristics of Tibetan culture while exploring new contemporary possibilities for it. This is not only a successful exploration and practice of the New Tibetan Style, but also a vivid model that showcases how the time-honored cultural confidence of ethnic minorities can step onto the world stage and embrace the future. We hold deep reverence for the past, and we forge ahead into the future with sincere dedication.
