The space is conceived as an essential, strongly identity-driven environment, where materials drawn from the technical and industrial world define an authentic and contemporary aesthetic. The layout is organized around a distinctive yellow rubber flooring, onto which galvanized sheet metal shelving is set, outlining the perimeter of the display area.

At the center, a large table becomes both the functional and symbolic core of the project: a place for sharing, tasting, and interaction. Above it, a system of neon lights and signage creates a vibrant atmosphere that intensifies in the evening hours, transforming the interior into a scenographic presence visible from the street and contributing to the redefinition of the nighttime urban landscape.

The name The Bitter End, inspired by the song by Placebo, acts as a statement of intent: a toast to bitter endings, instinctive choices, and a 1990s Brit rock imagery. The project thus celebrates the last drink as a moment of synthesis between taste and identity, experience and narrative.
