Located just 12 minutes from the historic center, within a peaceful residential setting, this adults-only boutique hotel with eight suites has been conceived for those seeking real relaxation and a highly personalized experience. From the very first moment, guests are welcomed with a warmth that invites them to feel at home. The arrival ritual is accompanied by a cup of pennyroyal tea-valued for its relaxing properties and fresh, subtly minty flavor-marking the beginning of the stay.

建筑设计以当代语言重新诠释瓦哈卡的地域根源：层叠式体量、简洁线条，以及拱廊、穹顶隧道等具有地方特征的元素，皆受到当地历史修道院与渡槽建筑的启发。来自 Magdalena de Apasco 的黄色 cantera 石材，以其金色调为空间赋予了鲜明个性与温暖气质。随着在场地中的游览，空间被逐步展开：主露台、盐水泳池、庭院与花园共同构成既适合社交互动、又利于放松休憩的环境；而套房则提供了远离喧嚣、沉浸宁静的私密体验。

The architectural project offers a contemporary interpretation of Oaxacan roots: stepped structures, clean lines, and vernacular elements such as arcades and a vaulted tunnel inspired by the region’s historic convents and aqueducts. Yellow cantera stone from Magdalena de Apasco, with its golden hues, is one of the materials that lends character and warmth to the property. Exploring the grounds, spaces unfold gradually: the main terrace, the saltwater pool, patios, and gardens create settings that encourage both social interaction and relaxation, while the suites provide privacy and calm for moments of disconnection.

室内设计被构想为一场完整的沉浸式感官体验。从带有白茶与茉莉香调的专属香氛，到精心挑选的家具与艺术品，皆在致敬瓦哈卡乃至整个墨西哥丰富的手工艺传统。刺绣、手工纺织品、来自 Santa Clara del Cobre 的手工锻铜浴缸，以及 macuil 木制家具，与多位艺术家的作品共存于空间之中，其中大多数艺术家来自瓦哈卡。酒店中的艺术展示持续更新，使 Casa Santo Origen 成为展示本地创作力量的平台。

The interior design was conceived as a fully immersive sensory experience, ranging from a signature scent with notes of white tea and jasmine to a curated selection of pieces that celebrate Oaxaca’s and Mexico’s rich artisanal heritage. Embroideries, handmade textiles, hammered copper bathtubs from Santa Clara del Cobre, and macuil wood furniture coexist with artworks by a number of different artists, primarily from Oaxaca. The art displayed throughout the hotel is constantly evolving, positioning Casa Santo Origen as a platform for showcasing local talent.

The culinary offering is one of the pillars of the experience and reflects Oaxaca’s significance within Mexico’s gastronomic landscape. The concept includes the restaurants Entre Sombras, Entre Leños, and the bar. Entre Sombras, located at the heart of the property, combines the discipline of Mediterranean cuisine with Oaxacan roots. It provides service to guests throughout the day, from breakfast to dinner, with a flexible menu tailored to different lifestyles, dietary preferences, and special occasions. At the bar, Santo Origen mezcal takes center stage, featuring five in-house artisanal varieties, curated tasting experiences, and a cocktail menu built around this spirit. Just a few steps from the hotel, Entre Leños offers a second culinary space that pays tribute to wood-fired cooking and the state’s traditional cuisine through family recipes and ancestral techniques.
